We want you to be happy with purchases from The Archive Shop. Many items are limited editions or made with creators - please read below before ordering.

UK orders are sent via DPD. Delivery charges are paid by the customer at checkout and are not refundable unless we sent the wrong item or the entire order was faulty.
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Unless stated otherwise on the product page, you may return items within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the product price, provided they are unopened and unused and in their original packaging.
You are responsible for return postage unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong item.
Custom or personalised items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
Email hello@brushpast.org with your order details. We will confirm return instructions and the address to send items to.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item (or confirming a fault without return where agreed). Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the entire order was faulty or we sent the wrong item.
These policies apply to visitors and customers in the United Kingdom. Where UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) apply, we follow them.
