BRUSH PAST is a creative platform with a mission to shine a light on the Unseen —individuals who have experienced homelessness and are too often brushed past in daily life. Through painting, illustration, creative writing, sculpture and more, we provide a space for their stories to be seen and heard.
Our approach combines storytelling and social enterprise: we support our members with creative workshops, materials, and mentorship, while offering a digital platform to showcase their work, sell original art and art-inspired products, and raise vital funds. From mobile “cardboard” galleries to coffee pop-ups, we create imaginative fundraising events that bridge the gap between public awareness and real-world support.
